Shipping policy

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by you at the time of purchase, so please ensure it is complete and accurate.

Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, the minimum estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 days, subject to courier company and post office norms and to your delivery location.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on a Sunday or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address and mobile number you provided at the time of placing the order.

Delays

We strive to meet all delivery timelines, but occasionally unexpected delays occur due to weather, regional restrictions, courier backlogs or incorrect address details. Turbo Tack shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authority.

Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

If a delivery fails because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, or because no one was available to receive the parcel across the courier's delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Any re-shipping charges in such cases will be borne by you.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. If any shipping cost is levied by Turbo Tack, the same is not refundable.

Delivery of Services

Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration.
